Ingredients for the crust:
20 golden Oreo biscuits – removed the sweet filling, crushed it and
mixed with 20g melted butter. Baked for 10 min at 170 degree and let it cool. Put in the fridge to set.
Ingredients
for filling:
500 g cream
cheese - room temperature
100 g sugar25 g plain flour
3 eggs
104 g yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla essence
Steps:
1. Beat cream cheese with sugar till creamy. Add in vanilla essence.
2. Add eggs, 1 at a time until finished.
3. Add in plain flour and then pour in the yoghurt and mix.
4. Pour the cream cheese filling into the crust and steam bake for about 1 hour, or until center is almost set.
5. Leave in the oven for about 30 mins (oven switched off) and then remove from oven or you can leave it inside till cooled.
6. Chill in the fridge.
7. Serve chilled.
